Maria Grimaldi earned her Bachelor in History from Providence College and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Barry University School of Law. Maria was licensed to practice law in Florida in 2002 and in Colorado since 2005. Maria has twelve years of experience negotiating tax debt issues before the IRS and state taxing authorities and over twenty years of business experience. She is licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, as well as all Colorado state courts.
While earning her education, she worked in the family business handling the daily operations, including accounting, marketing and customer relations. Upon the successful sale of the business, Maria was then hired by an AV rated Law Firm in Daytona Beach where she practiced Workers’ Compensation, employment, real estate and homeowner’s association law. Upon moving to Colorado, Maria began practicing in the tax resolution field. Maria is an adjunct instructor at Front Range Community College teaching Estate Planning and Probate in the Paralegal Studies program as well as Business Law, Business Communications and Corporate Ethics in the Business Department.
